This deletes your DoneScrolling account and the commitments stored with it. You can do the same thing inside the app, under Setup → Account.
DoneScrolling will stop blocking anything. Your commitments end with your account. If you are doing this to get out of a commitment you made, it will work. We are not going to pretend otherwise.
Your screen-time data. How long you spent in an app, which apps you opened, your daily history: none of it was ever sent to us. It lives on your phone, and uninstalling the app removes it.
A scrambled, one-way copy of your email address. DoneScrolling is free today; we keep this so that, if we ever offer a free trial of a paid plan, signing up again cannot restart it, and for nothing else. We cannot read your address back out of it, and your name, commitments and history are genuinely gone.
We email you a code to confirm it is really you. Nothing is deleted until you type it in here. The code expires in one hour.
